The records and covers are all in really great shape for the most part. They haven't been tested but most appear to be un-played and near mint if not at least VG+. With that said I did feel I have to mention that they do carry a light odor to them. It could have been the box they were originally stored in, which I have since discarded and gotten them into a new box in a nice dry and safe area.
